Auto Windscreens promotes charities from around the UK, with a little help from Ast Transport Branding

Following the success of its Rainbow Trust-branded vans, Auto Windscreens is stepping up its charitable support by advertising the work of a range of UK causes on its fleet - with a little help from their friends Ast Transport Branding, of course! 




Earlier this year Auto Windscreens tasked us with designing and supplying a brand-new livery for their commercial fleet. Fourteen of the vans featured a specially designed livery promoting the work of national children's charity, Rainbow Trust. Michael Bambrough, Corporate Partnerships Manager at Rainbow Trust Charity explained, “The charity vans have been great for spreading the word about Rainbow Trust in 14 of the locations we cover.” 


Since then, Auto Windscreens has received a raft of fantastic feedback and goodwill. As a result, the automotive glass repair company have commissioned Ast to create a further eight designs, each for a different charity. These include St Leonard's Hospice, Young Epilepsy, Great North Air Ambulance, Kidney Care UK, Padley Group Derby, Thorpe Hall Hospice, Demelza Hospice Kent, as well as Rainbow Trust. 



The charities have all been chosen by Auto Windscreens technicians and are causes that are close to their hearts for various reasons. One technician chose Kidney Care UK after the charity supported his young daughter when she was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease. “Everyone knows what Auto Windscreens do and what we can offer, so why not promote some good causes on our vehicles and make a difference instead?” said Auto Windscreens Fleet Manager Shaun Atton. 


Rick Wilson, Key Account Manager for Ast Transport Branding said, “It's always good to help out charities so it was nice to be able to work on this with Auto Windscreens.”
