Key Account Manager

Due to continued growth, we’re looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team at Appleton. We’re looking for an exceptional individual who is organised and results-driven. Your mission will be the cool, calm and collected interface between our sales and production teams and clients.

 

Main responsibilities:

Day-to-day contact with Key Accounts, providing excellent customer service.
Project planning.
Processing new customer enquiries, attending customer meetings, briefing team members on job information, preparing quotes and chasing outstanding quotations and enquiries.
Finding solutions to problems.
Providing regular reports to customers and stakeholders.


You will have:
