Printing capabilities
We operate all our printing and production from our purpose built head office in Penrith which services the whole of the UK. Here at our premises, which is over 16,000 sq/ft we have a highly controlled print, production and finishing environment which enables us to produce high quality and consistent results for our clients. We have the latest environmentally friendly HP 65500 Latex Printer which is designed specifically for the top end of the vehicle graphics market. This printer enables us to produce excellent vehicle graphics and wraps with a reduction in CO2 emissions, VOC's an HAC's as well as a reduction in hazardous waste.
Colour matching
Due to the fact that we keep all our printing under one roof rather than have it spread out across our other sites it means we can consistently produce exact colours. This is important for our customers who may use us over a period of time or may wish to have some repair work done on a vehicle that was printed some time ago. It is our policy to make sure that customers approve the colour samples before we commence on a vehicle wrap. We'll then keep a sample of your work as well as the saved files so that we can reproduce the graphics when we need to.
Stock holding
For our fleet customers we often hold stock for them to allow them to call it off at short notice. This tends to work well for our customers and allows both parties to deal with the inevitable peaks and troughs in demand.
Control systems
Our success has been built on our attention to detail and our strict quality control processes which cover every aspect of our business. We have high-tech, in-house bespoke IT systems throughout our business to enable us to consistently produce the expected level of service that are customers have come to expect. We have several printers, laminators, flatbed cutters, UV printers and other equipment to help us deal with the large volumes of work.
