Ast Signs fleet and rail can provide a wide range of interior and exterior graphics solutions for the rail industry. As a 3M Partner we can offer the latest fire tested materials for both underground and overground rail branding including full train wraps, cut vinyl logos, labels, promotional films, anti-grafitti films, sub-surface printing, engraved notices, photo-luminescent signs and the 3M DI-NOC range.
Logistics
We can carrry out surface preparation and livery fitting across the UK to fit in with your schedule whether it's at your local depot on refurbished rolling stock or at new build stage. We've recently wrapped trains as far afield as Norway and Sweden using our own approved fitters.
Project management
Project management for us includes design, production, application, de-commissioning, schedule planning for new and replacement vehicles, national repair network, panel replacement, accident repair, on-line ordering, on-line tracking and stock holding. We are experienced at handling large fleets and challenging schedules and we can work closely with you to ensure you meet your deadlines.
Latest technology
All of our printing and graphics are produced at our head office. This is a controlled high volume printing environment which helps us achieve colour consistency across a train fleet. We may well be matching to your RAL or pantone colours so it’s important for you that we produce consistent results for your trains time after time. We use the latest digital print technology designed specifically for vehicle wrapping so you can be assured of the highest print quality and durability.

Online ordering facility
As a valued customer, you can have your own login details to your own secure area of our website. Logged in you can order or re-order your vehicle wrap. You might only need a certain panel of the wrap replacing due to an accident? This can be achieved by using the online ordering facility where you can see all the individual panels of your own vehicle wrap. Our fleet customers already see this is an invaluable tool. Some of them allow their approved body shops across the UK to have access to the site so they can also obtain a quote or order graphics.

As a 3M Qualified Manufacturer we can offer a comprehensive warranty for all our rail applications whether the graphics are required for passenger or freight trains working either underground or overground. We will always tailor the product to the application required using products with clean removability.
