Stobart Group Super League trailers - wrapped by Ast Signs
Date: 09-02-2012The UK leaders in transport and distribution, Stobart Group has recently secured the title rights to the Rugby Super League until the end of the 2014 season, meaning the league will now be known as the Stobart Super League. Stobart Group are no strangers to the league as they currently sponsor one of the 14 teams, the Widnes Vikings who are based at Stobart Stadium in Widnes.
Ast Signs Ltd has been involved from the start with the planning, designing and printing of the new vinyl wraps. All of the vehicle graphics were printed at Ast Signs head office in Penrith on the HP Latex printers, the vinyl was then applied to the trailers by Ast Signs fitters in the North West.
Ast Signs already looks after the contract for Stobart Group and is responsible for the famous red, white and green vehcile graphics you see on their 2,250 trucks that they have on the road.
“Our printers have been running day and night printing the vinyl to ensure all the graphics were ready on-time for the 100 Super League trailers’” said Ast Signs Managing Director Mark Aston. “It has been a large project that we have been involved with from the start; I am looking forward to seeing the trailers on the road.”

You will have the opportunity to see the 100 trailers on the road, as each of the 14 clubs will have trailers branded with images of their players and team colours as well as a generic trailer with all clubs represented.
