This was the strapline used at the recent awards evening at Manchester's Midland Hotel to honour the 40 businessmen and women from the North West that were recoginsed by Crain's Business. Our MD, Mark Aston, was one of the 40 entrepreneurs under the age of 40 that were featured. There were some very impressive companies in the top 40 all of which had achieved phenomenal growth and success despite the challenging economic circustances. According to Crain's:

"The demands placed upon them are greater, but the supply of entrepreneurs in this region is as plentiful as ever. Despite the recession, we had no shortage of aspiring, ambitious people to choose from when compiling our second annual 40 under 40 listing. If any of them feel aggrieved that the long boom came to an end just when they were growing their businesses and realising their potential, they are too positive to say so. For achievers like these, the present situation is just another opportunity."
