In 2008 alone we wrapped over 1800 Eddie Stobart trucks so we thought we'd show you how we do it. We use a combination of printed material, reflective material and solid colour cut vinyl to complete the look. The truck wraps are now all completed using 3M's IJ380 which is the industry's latest premium vehicle wrapping film which comes with a matching overlaminate and a 3M MCS Warranty. All the vehicle wraps are printed on our HP Latex printer which offers the longest warranty in the industry.
Due to the experience of our fitters it's possible for one man to wrap a whole truck in one day. The Eddie Stobart fleet is one of the largest and most prestigious fleets on the road so it's essential that we ensure every vehicle wrap has exactly the same colours, designs and finish. We fit the vehicle wraps all across the UK on a range of vehicles, trucks, trailers, vans, trains and horseboxes. Sometimes the trucks, like any on the road, are involved in accidents and some of the panels are damaged. When this happens the approved body shops, which Eddie Stobart work with, can simply login to our website and order the graphics for any of the individual panels. They immediately receive a quote and an order confirmation on e-mail making the whole process quick and easy. We hold stock of all the replacement graphics for our contract customers meaning our customers don't have to wait long to have their vehicles back on the road.
