If you are a fleet manager, fleet director or anyone in charge of your fleet graphics it may be a daunting process to get the whole of your fleet rebranded. There are obviously lots of factors to consider before choosing the appropriate supplier of your fleet graphics.

Our fitters are located across the whole of the UK and Ireland so we can easily work at your preferred premises without you incurring large travelling costs. We can also carry out the work at any of our own premises or indeed at the manufacturers of the vehicle / trailer / tractor units etc. Ultimately, we are used to working to tight deadlines to minimise the disruption to your fleet’s schedule.
Project management
Project management for us includes design, production, application, de-commissioning, schedule planning for new and replacement vehicles, national repair network, panel replacement, accident repair, on-line ordering, on-line tracking and stock holding. We are experienced at handling large fleets and challenging schedules. We can work closely with you to ensure you meet your deadlines. We can set up a bespoke online ordering system for your account to help you and any of your approved centres to order and re-order any fleet graphics. Our customers find this works really well for body shops when they need to order individual panel when repairing a vehicle. It also keeps the cost down for you and reduces the time that your fleet is spent off the road.
Online ordering facility
You can have your own login details to your own secure area of our website. Once in you can order or re-order your vehicle wrap. Maybe you only need a certain panel of the wrap replacing due to an accident? This can be done by using the online ordering facility where you can see all the individual panels of your own vehicle wrap. This is currently working for many of our fleet customers who see it as an invaluable tool. Some of them allow their approved body shops across the UK to have access to the site so they can also get a quote or order graphics. Within minutes of placing an enquiry or order with us we'll have the quote sent back to you on e-mail!
Brand management
Here at AstSigns we have significant experience in graphic design and brand management. A number of our clients depend on our services to develop their corporate image and also, importantly, to interpret their brand when applied to different vehicles and across complex panels. As a result we have been highly commended in the Mactac Worldwide Awards in both 2006 and 2008 for our innovative graphic design and application. We also picked up a FESPA European Vehicle Graphics Award for the use of innovative graphics for the Eddie Stobart contract in 2009.
Colour consistency
All of our printing and graphics are produced at our head office. This is a controlled high volume printing environment which helps us achieve colour consistency across a fleet. We may well be matching to your RAL or pantone colours so it’s important for you that we produce consistent results for your fleet time after time.
Warranty
As a business and as fleet graphics applicators we have the approval of both 3M and Avery Dennison who are the two key authorities in the vehicle graphics industry. For you, this means we can offer a comprehensive warranty on your fleet graphics giving you peace of mind. In addition, we always use a protective over-laminate on every application meaning your graphics will look good for many years and your paintwork will be protected by the graphics. Due to a recent investment we can now offer a 5 year warranty using 3M materials on our fleet graphics which is the longest warranty in the fleet graphics industry.
Removability of vinyl
Finally, due to the quality of the vehicle graphics materials that we use you will not have problems removing the graphics at the end of the life / promotion / lease period. Inferior vehicle wrapping products may look ok in the short term but they will offer you longer terms problems including a lack of removability. Our preferred vehicle graphics product can be easily removed using heat years after being applied meaning that you save money on downtime and paintwork damage by choosing a high quality supplier.
