If you own a building, a shop or require any type of external signs we can help. We offer a vast range of external signs such as flat cut letters, illuminated signs, window graphics, door signs and hanging signs.



Signs using flat cut letters

Flat cut letters utilise a hi-tec computer controlled router to cut out lettering and graphics from flat sheets of coloured acrylic, aluminium, PVC foam board and other substrates in almost any shape or font. The rigidity of materials also means that the lettering and graphics can be raised from the background giving an impressive 3D result.

The standard range of materials we can produce flat cut lettering from is as follows:

Acrylic
Choose from either 3mm or 5mm acrylic in a huge range of colours. Acrylic is also translucent which can give stunning results with lighting.

Dibond
Available as standard in 3mm thickness, dibond has a high density resin core with aluminium venner on each side to make it incredibly strong but lightweight. Available in a variety of colours including brushed aluminium and gold. We can print directly onto the dibond or apply colour vinyl to enable you to achieve the colour that you are looking for.

Foamboard
A lightweight closed cell PVC board that is very light and moisture resistant. Available in 3mm, 5mm, 10mm and 19mm.
Foamboard, or Foamex would be used internally or for a more temporary measure compared to the dibond or acrylic.

All flat cuts can be faced in any of our vinyls or a combination of vinyls to give stunning results. Flat cuts letters are most effective when mouted on locators which raise the graphics approx. 18mm or 22mm from the background.




Hanging Signs

As well as flat cut letters we can use a variety of methods to create you a great shop sign or building sign. We have a range of hanging signs to help you attract business from both directions of the street. The hanging signs come with 3 different style of brackets. The sign panel itself can be produced in Foamex or Dibond and can be cut, like the example in the photo opposite, to achieve a great end result. Again we can print directly to the sign panel or apply coloured vinyl to match your existing company colours or to produce a new fresh design.

You may also need a sign that needs to be seen duing the evenings therefore you will need either a frontlit sign or a backlit sign. This can be achieved using a light box and if you wish, raised, push through letters.

Window graphics are also an effect way of getting your message across to your customers, whether it be in a full colour digitally printed manner or by using subtle etched vinyl.
